GramSeva Mitra ("we", "our") operates gramsevamitra.com and its companion properties — the Document Optimizer, ATS Resume Scanner, and PDF Tools suite. Your privacy is fundamental to our design.

100% On-Device Processing

Every utility in the GramSeva Mitra ecosystem — photo compression, PDF editing, resume analysis, and document encryption — runs entirely inside your web browser. Processing is delegated to sandboxed Web Workers so heavy tasks never block the page and never leave your device.

We do not upload, store, transmit, or retain your photos, signatures, PDFs, resume files, or passwords on our servers. Your documents are never sent to remote APIs for processing. This architecture aligns with GDPR and CCPA principles of data minimization and zero cloud retention.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not maintain user accounts, payment profiles, or usage analytics tied to your identity. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

Local App State

Your browser may store lightweight preferences — such as recently selected tools or UI settings — in local storage on your device only. This cache helps the app remember your last session and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings. No document content is written to local storage.

Infrastructure Logs

We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Our CDN provider (Cloudflare) may collect standard security and performance logs (IP address, request metadata) independent of your file processing, which occurs only on your device.
